"Very nice people serving."
"Excellent people who work there can't praise them enough younger girl Emily very friendly and professional"
"Unfriendly obnoxious incompetent staff, only gave me part of my prescription, so I had to bundle two children into the car, and go back, making us late for a day trip. Then denied it was their mistake, before checking properly. After a more thorough check they realised they’d misplaced my prescription. we all make mistake I get that! But an apology would have been nice. I never have a pleasant experience in this pharmacy. People who attend pharmacies are customers folks and should be treated accordingly. I’d never behave like this at work! (Yes I work and for the NHS)."
"Extremely unfriendly and ignorant Receptionist. Does not use Hello or please, thank you, sorry , could you please. Just gives you orders, "Do this or that", calls the next customer over your shoulder to approach the Reception without even bothering to let you know you need to wait at the other window and someone else is going to look after you in a while, so the 2 metre distancing rule is not looked after and you just have to jumped aside to give the way to the next person. Complained once to the Manager(31.08.2020) but nothing had changed I visited the pharmacy the following day... Was going to buy few things apart from prescribed antibiotics but rather drive to Boots then deal with a stubborn and ignorant Receptionist like this. Came back to the pharmacy 02.09.20 to speak to the Manager, who apologised for the situation and explained me the Receptionist was given the instructions to avoid serving me but to call for another colleague to deal with me(however no instructions were given to improve the Receptionist manners), the customer after me was blamed for not keeping the social distancing( not the Receptionist who never bothered to inform me I would be served by another person at the other window( she simply ignored me and never said a word)). The last thing which disappointed me was the fact the Manager indirectly blamed me in living a bad review as it ruins the reputation of the independent pharmacy. Not Customers but the Stuff have to take care about the reputation. No good service -no good reviews. It cost nothing to be nice (and still be quick at serving). I changed three stars into one as I know the difference in between a good and awful Customer Service, I had never said a rude word toward the Receptionist at any of the visits and did not deserve the attitude!"
