"Staff Doesn’t cooperate at all. we as a just eat delivery driver has to wait 1 hour of 2 hour shift in collection point to get a Customer’s order. further more if you will ask them how much time would it take they will ended up everything rudely saying we don’t know . I would request ASDA management, owner if you Can’t Handle Just Eat Order Please better Turn off you Machines Please. I must say the delivery driver would definitely agree with my Point."
"Just wanted to recognise the nightsfift manager Natalie twice myself and my son have had dealings with her and her customer service is 10/10. Polite and understanding and definitely feel like nothing is too much of a task. Asda have a great member of staff there and definitely feel a few people could take a few tips on dealing with the public and customer service. Thank you for changing a negative experience into a positive one"
"It's an ok Asda store but I have a few problems with the place. I don't know what has happened recently but there is dramatic reduction in the amount of fresh fruit and vegetables available in this store. Empty sections of fresh fruit all the time, no matter what time you go. Also have to say this as well, there is always a discrepancy between the price of toiletries shown on the shelf and what is shown at checkout."
"[Edit: he bought chicken between 9.15-9.45 AM on Tue 13 September 22] I ask my husband to buy these for me today as im in hospital. Chinese chicken drumsticks , BBQ drumsticks and a piece of malon. Melon was out of date 2 days ago. He didn't check as he never think of this and he did not get recipient as only a few things . he would not go back to get refund for that anyway . The lady at hot chicken was not nice as well. Not friendly and kinda upset as my husband video call to me while I'm admit in hospital to see what you got today and what I want to eat."
