"Blooooody terrible service at this chemist. I've stopped bothering my hole expecting some sort of human interaction at this chemist and have switched all my stuff to monklands. So many mess ups happen in this lloyds with scripts and the staff they have in, quite often are as useful at retaining data as a soggy biscuit"
"My girlfriend went for the emergency morning after pill at 2055 and was told they were closing the shop so come back tomorrow as it could take up to ten minutes. She then went after she finished work at 2040 the next night and they refused again saying she was again too late. Shocking behaviour from a pharmacist."
"This Pharmacy has gone downhill. I booked 4 flu jabs for my family at the beginning of November and a week later they have all been cancelled without explanation. I went back in to book a new date, was given a date and booked it. Only to receive another email cancelling the new date. Why are Lloyds offering flu jabs on dates they know they cannot fulfil. Why can't someone pick up the phone and tell me in person. They come across as totally unorganised. I've also had endless problems with getting prescriptions filled. They tell you an item isn't in stock, but they've had the prescription for a week already and haven't bothered to order stock. Wellwynd staff accuse them of not picking up prescriptions regularly. The two organisations play prescription tennis. I've actually had the situation where the Pharmacist at Wellwynd has had to check stock at the Lloyds suppliers, so I can tell Lloyds that it's currently in stock and can be ordered! I had to return 4 times for one item on a prescription, only to discover they hadn't bothered to order it the previous 3 times. When I politely pointed this out, the young lady on the counter with blond hair who has eye rolling down to an art form, said I was being rude. I guess the truth hurts, but perhaps not as much as not getting the meds you need. The new lady Pharmacist answer to everything is to say that customers are free to go to another Pharmacy. Old people and disabled customers don't need additional journeys, just a professional service and clear communication. As always, those on methadone are treated like royalty, skipping past the queue and are given the VIP service. There are some positives. There is a young Lady, with dark hair and what sounds like a very soft London accent who is simply brilliant. Endlessly cheerful, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She can't do enough for customers, spends time with them and never tries to rush. Make her the Manager. There is another new young lady who is equally helpful and cheerful. Not quite as experienced as her colleagues, but suspect this will come in time."
"Been coming to this chemist for 9/10 years all staff up until now were great went out there way to help u wouldn't judge shouldn't judge .. up until only the other day I was questioned coz my antidepressants weren't in they asked me what I was doin with my medication lol its anti depressants I wouldn't be on them if I really desperately didn't need to what do u think I'm doin with them jezo ... do better doesn't take anything to be nice and understanding as I wasn't my fault it was the surgeries fault .. so why does that lead to me being questioned ??"
"Used to be really helpful and friendly but not so much recently. Nobody answers the phone, called 42 times yesterday over the course of a few hours only for it to ring out and go onto a fax machine."
