"Usually good service, but today I found myself alone in the shop waiting to pay with no staff on the tills. A member of staff restocking bread totally ignored me and went into the back. Eventually a member of staff sauntered to the till and said ' Y'alright ?'. No please, thankyou or apologies for the wait. Not good. UPDATE Things did improve and I have used the store for minor purchases, but today really was unbelievable. I actually called in to purchase a Monster energy drink. I went to the card till which required confirmation from a member of staff. There were a few customers in the queue and the lone member of staff on the till was busy with a customer. He called for assistance. A colleague came from the back and sorted his problem. She then returned to the back, ignoring both the queue and myself ! Needless to say, I left the store without making a purchase. Appalling service."
