"Be very careful when getting them to check your lottery ticket. I know I had won a small amount on a ticket and when I got the young man to check, he said, no, sorry, not a winner. When I asked him for the ticket back he stated he had thrown it in the bin and couldn't give it me back."

"Your online feedback not worked for a day so leaving feedback here. I politely ask why they're allowing people to shop unmasked when I get to the till. The young lad aggressively responds 'there's nothing we can do about it but if you want to call the police there's nothing to stop you'. Your company has an obligation to at least attempt to ask members of the public to comply or ask them not to shop there. Your action means I will no longer use your store as you seem to be more interested in customers wanting a couple of cans rather than decent folk who want to spend more. I will not put up with rude members of staff. You need to review your covid policy and training."
