"Very good at selling but zilch at aftercare. Just not interested in giving any help after they have received money for the appliance. I had difficulties with my Bosch washer/dryer. I was told I had to get in touch with Bosch. The appliance wasn't pushed in far enough so couldn't access a cupboard. I am still waiting for them to call - 2 months. A friend did it for me. Dreadful company and I can't think why they are still in business. I expected more from a local firm. Yes, it was just before Christmas and I had just moved into my house and as a single, older person had so much to do so I stand by my review. And I didn't cancel but postponed but still never saw anyone!!"

"Hi Thought I would write a review about my recent experience with Cotswold Appliances. Purchased a fridge freezer for my mother who needed the old fridge freezer removed. I did explain that it would take a while for her to get to the door so give, he a bit of time. Both the delivery guys were fantastic with my mother connecting the appliance up as well as removing the old unit. The office was also extremely helpful when purchasing and phoned an hour before the delivery to get my mum ready. 5-star outfit who would be my first choice for any further purchases Yours Jerry Ballinger"
