"A truly awful place (it's a mystery to me how they obtained the Outstanding rating at all!). Very rude and cold staff, with a 'my way or the high way' attitude, with absolutely ZERO flexibility, regardless of the child's needs. The manager (Indian?) was appalling in her behaviour through emails, literally writing to me "how dare you accuse my staff of being incompetent", when I raised my concerns 2 days into my son's sessions in there. It was impossible to speak with her, as she talked over me throughout the entire conversation. I was not able to say 1 sentence uninterrupted. She was certainly not interested in feedback. That was 2 years ago, so maybe sth's changed in the meantime, but I would steer clear from that place, if I were you."
"My 2 year old Grandson started here a couple of months ago, he has settled in so well. He loves it, the staff are kind, professional and keep us updated with his day. Can't recommend it highly enough."
"My son has been attending Bexley Day Nursery for a year now, and he loves every minute there. All of the staff, from day one in the Baby Room, to now in the Toddler rooms, have been professional, polite, and they all clearly care deeply for the children. He is always fed well, sleeps well, and nappy changed promptly. They do days out to parks and farms, and spend loads of time in the fresh air in the nursery grounds. The nursery is well run by the management team, the activities are fun, the food is great, and they have a huge car park on a private road, so there is normally no problems trying to find a space right outside. They have an App, which pushes alerts to you during the day when he eats, sleeps, nappy etc. It is not a place whereby kids are simply left to mill around the rooms - they engage with the children all day, playing, learning, singing etc. We highly recommend this nursery. They have an Outstanding rating from Ofstead, and we feel we get very good value for money here, considering how much our son is learning and growing. Seeing him light up with excitement each morning when we arrive there tells me all I need to know about the place."
"My 2 children attended the nursery for around 2wks and I disliked it immediately. There was a completely different feel following my initial visit. The staff seemed inexperienced and rather slow and my children were upset everytime we arrived in the car park and they realised where they were. I tried to give it a chance but pulled them out when my 1yr old suddenly became very upset when trying to change her nappy and wouldnt let you change her at all. I am sure she was handled roughly. It actually took around 3mths after we left here for her to stop tensing up everytime we changed her nappy. Both children also had rashes appear on their faces and my eldest also suddenly developed the worst nappy rash I had ever seen, with open sores all on her bottom, which could only be down to being left soiled for a long time. I was very upset and took them out immediately after this; to which the owner sent me a rather curt email with terrible written English spelling and grammar!!"
"I miss Ali's nursery"
