"After realising that the time had come that glasses would be needed to see up close text I visited the Glasgow Fort branch of Vision Express to have an eye test. Ciaran was friendly and down to earth which meant the experience was a positive one. It took a bit of time to decide on the style of glasses to choose but Holly advised on styles and gave me time to try options on. I decided on a pair of Ray Bans and was advised they would take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Within a few days I received a text to say they were at the store ready collect. Super fast service and a friendly team in store delivered a great overall experience. Thanks."

"My daughter wasn’t a customer here, but she had to be seen at the Glasgow Fort branch in an emergency situation, as our usual opticians was closed. We were accommodated with a same day appointment within 2hrs. The extremely painful eye condition was diagnosed and treated by Ciaran, who was very good at putting my daughter at ease by being very approachable and understanding. He was very empathic with regards to my daughter’s ongoing health condition, which she greatly appreciated as it was something that she’s rarely experienced from a health professional before. I found him very child/teen friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this opticians. My daughter will be changing to this place now."

Everyone couldn't be more helpful from carrying full eye test and then picking my first reading glasses. I also treated myself with new sunglasses as girls were soo helpful and advised which one looked the best on me. Highly recommended."
