"I recently moved to Greenock,i have to take a tablet for an under active thyroid i was told until i get registered in greenock i can still get my meds i rang up today & was lied to they told me ive registered with another doctors,the reception was rude & told me i couldn't get my meds i should go get a registration form for Greenock to get them,so she basically contradicted herself i am absolutely fuming that p re actice needs training for people skills,their reception people think they are doctors ill be seeing how high i can go about this ,absolutely disgraceful. Health board here we come"
