"Had excruciating pain in my right knee and was diagnosed with arthritis and referred to NHS orthopaedic surgeon which will take over 12 months for an appointment. Found RIZ ultrasound on google and so glad I did! Managed to get an appointment on the day of contact! Was met by the wonderful Mrs Singh to made me feel so welcome and at ease and stayed with me through the procedure. Syed was excellent too. After a short consultation where he listened intently to all I was saying, he carried out the ultrasound and was able to drain a fair amount of fluid from my knee before giving me the corticosteroid injection. I was kept reassured on everything that was taking place. After two days my pain has decreased significantly I am using less pain medication and not using crutches. I can’t thank RIZ ultrasound enough for their kindness and professionalism."
