"I can't recommend enough this nursery. They helped my son so much. When he joined the nursery, he barely talked as he had speech delay. The nursery helped him with one to one support, this lead him to get the help he needed. Then Sonya started pushing me to get Logan checked by the Paediatrician, while she started my son review to get EHCP in place before he went to primary school. My son got his EHCP in place when he started his reception year. Even his teacher said he was blessed with an amazing nursery as they said it was rare for kids to get EHCP in place that early. They had an amazing teacher named Ms. Hetal, she was amazing towards my son. Sadly, she resigned in the middle of school terms. But i will still recommend this nursery, the other teachers was amazing."

"they haven't sent us a single reminder call and email about this. Neither did they actually send us the post invoice .They had both my and my wife our numbers, full address, also the full bank details, as they were collecting direct debit from us every month. they are very worse in hounslow as approved by local council."

"Please please .... our parents and council people should cross examine again this school in hounslow worse and unhealthy for toddler who can't speak clearly. School management is worse Sonya and staff served next pizza shop food and outside food they don't cooked and prepared any meals inside. whenever parents want to go and see they said it is not allowed in lunch time because they served junky oily food so plz aware and understand dirty policy."

"Lovely nursery, my little daughter has been attending Bambinos Montessori nursery since she was 11months and she is doing very well. She recently turned 3years old and for her birthday we went on the train to central london to Hamleys Toy shop and the M& M shop and she was so well behaved. People always comment about how well behaved she is and also that she is very happy and sociable. Thank you so much to the all the staff at Bambinos. Well done. "AVOID THIS NURSERY AT ALL COSTS My son went to this place for about 7-8 months, one of the reason for him going there (inspite of being one of the expensive nurseries in hounslow) is to improve his english skills. His English never improved! this left us with a not so satisfied position. To add insult to injury, after my son left the nursery, with giving proper written 30 days notice, they do not want to return our deposit. The reason? we haven't collected the deposit for 30 days it seems! outrageous, they want to keep our hard-earned cash because we failed to collect it in 30 days :-( In this 30 days, they haven't sent us a single reminder, email or post about this. Neither did they actually send us the cheque if they were worried about us not collecting it! They had both our mobile numbers, full postal address, also the full bank details, as they were collecting direct debit from us every month. Although the real reason for not being able to collect the deposit is because of the wife getting hospitalized, which meant I was really struggling with 2 very small kids on my own and also trying to carry lunch/dinner to sick wife at the hospital. This is besides the point! no company can hold my hard-earned money for a reason as this ridiculous. Now, when I try to call them, they just say that Sonia (Administrator) is not available, and when i visited them to speak to them, they just made me stand in the door and spoke to me in a very rude manner. Absolutely appalling & rude behaviour. AVOID THIS NURSERY AT ALL COSTS!, if they can treat parents this bad, not sure what they do to our kids when we are not around! I will NEVER trust these people around my kids. Thanks. Update: 14th November 2012 Since my last review a lot has happened and here is a quick update. Our deposit was returned very recently, after I was asked to share the confidential information about my wife's illness with the Manager at the nursery, and in spite of this, to my surprise, the manager decided that, she had to go through the details of illness and the dates of when the wife was in and out of hospital before issuing a refund of the deposit. Also, Mrs.Sonya confirms that she is a Manager & Owner at this facility and not an Administrator. I can still confirm that rudeness is the answer to any issues/questions you will have when your kid goes to this nursery. I personally would avoid them. Thanks."
