Crest Bathrooms & Kitchens Showroom

"My experience of Crest Bathrooms was very poor. Poor customer service, ignored complaints, the contractors lacked the experience you would expect from qualified plumbers. Shower didn’t work due to a blocked drain and didn’t get fixed for 5 months after numerous e-mails/texts to the contractor and telephone calls to Crest. The plumber didn’t know why the water failed to run away and was backing up. If he had placed flexible rod up the drain pipe in the first instance he would have noted that something got stuck while breaking up my old shower. I was quoted a price by John for the bathroom fittings and paid in full, and was advised that the Contractors were to be be paid separately after the work was completed. He was supposed to send the final invoice with an inventory of the goods and prices that I paid for which I had to chase on 5 separate occasions. When the invoice eventually arrived the bathroom fittings were not priced and I was told on 3 occasions that their system itemised the goods on the invoice but could not price them individually. I sent 3 e-mails and followed up with 3 telephone calls requesting that this be done manually by the office staff and on each occasion I was ignored and did not receive the refund that was due to me. I would not recommend this company and would not use them again."

"We had two new Bathrooms & showers installed just before Christmas. In our downstairs bathroom we had a new power shower installed and a Japanese toilet. Don't know how we managed without it in the past. In our upstairs bathroom we had a shower fed off our boiler installed. Irene was extremely helpful and her design was better than the plan we had originally thought of ourselves. The workmen (Alan & Danny) were efficient in their work & tidied up behind themselves."

"Showroom staff very pleasant and helpful. Installation by Dougie Turner was prompt, professional and carried out in a very pleasant manner. Very pleased with the result. One minor problem due to a fault on the part of a parts supply company was dealt with in a timely and helpful manner."

"Just visited crest showroom, on entering completely ignored by assistant. Walked round showroom but unfortunately no prices and as we do have limited budget, started to leave the showroom. The assistant then challenged us telling us that we hadn’t spent enough time in his showroom, my 70 year old husband explained that there was no prices, the assistant, a rather large man, with no front teeth, then became verbally abusive and followed us to the main door, verbally abusing us continually. I told him he was an extremely rude man and he then threatened my husband. I’m still wee bit in shock at his behaviour and I would caution anyone, especially lone women, not to use this store at all."

"Absolutely outstanding showroom with stunning displays and fantastic staff who were extremely knowledgeable .We were greeted upon arriving and asked to let the staff member know if we needed any assistance at all,allowing us to wander around without being pressured. Couldn't be happier with our experience and looking forward to getting our new Moduleo flooring from Crest.All in all, a truly professional business with great staff! Will be returning to Crest!"
