"This company are disgusting and should be avoided at all costs. They sent goods which were not as described and would only send a refund if I paid the return postage. This is not compliant with consumer law. Please don't buy from them.....Ever !!!"
"I purchased a extendable shaving mirror via Amazon on 06/09/2020 advertised as a "stainless steel" for £14.99. Invoice also states "stainless steel". Within 3 months it was showing signs of rust. Emailed complaint direct to Prime but had no response. This item is no better than a similar item previously purchased from Asda for £4.99."
"Shocking customer service. Wouldn't refund postage of large damaged item. Unfortunately had to give a star as there wasn't an option for zero. Avoid this company as it appears I'm not the only disgruntled customer."
"I've had a very negative experience with the company. I've ordered something via Amazon but it was defective. I contacted them to discuss partial refund. Due to Amazon bug with emails the seller was not receiving the photos I was sending. While contacting Amazon asking how do I provide photos to the seller they went ahead and created a claim on my behalf which I did not authorise. I requested the claim to be cancelled as I wanted to be fair towards the seller. I finally was able to send the photos but the seller has offered me 10% off which I did not accept and then they were forcing me to return the item since "I requested it" which I had not. They refused to provide the pre-paid label. They demand the item to be in original packaging which I don't have. I phoned them as I could feel hostile attitude via email exchange. The lady that picked up just said "Hello" so I had to ask whether this is them. The lady's tone was pretty rude btw. I requested to speak to manager to explain. He did not let me finish a sentence and was shouting at me that I didn't send the photos "on time". I explained the bug with Amazon's system but he didn't listen. He then said that I lied to Amazon and told them that I did not receive the item. I laughed a little because I just sent them photos that same morning so how I could now received it. Anyway, after lot of abuse I politely said goodbye as it was simply not possible to have a constructive conversation with the seller. Avoid these people, they're greedy and rude and send people defective items. You can find elsewhere for a better price and better service."
"I have unfortunately only had to endure one incident with this company. After purchasing an item from Prime Furnishings via Amazon I waited nearly two weeks before contacting the company advising them I had not received my item. I was promised a replacement had been sent and did not receive either the original or replacement. There was no tracking information available for the delivery and when I requested this, none was provided to me. Prime Furnishings then went on to provide Amazon with fraudulent delivery information that had been copied and pasted from another delivery, the signature was not my own and no photograph was present of the parcel being at my address. (This information apparently held was never distributed to me from Prime Furnishings, as it should have but after contacting Amazon, I asked for it to be forwarded. This evidence is being used in my case with the Retail Ombudsman). Prime Furnishings supplied this fake evidence to Amazon and thus, my claim was rejected. The total amount of the order was £12.99! The company as an entity are appalling, as are their unhelpful customer service. I am following this matter up with the Retail Ombudsman out of principle as I have noticed a vast amount of other people also complaining of non-deliveries on Amazon. I am disgusted, not only with Prime Furnishings and their lies but also providing fake information just to avoid refunding £12.99! Evidently your need is greater than mine.. Once again, to all that read this, please avoid and spend your money with a company where you'll actually receive the item instead of regretting ever having the misfortune of trading with these jokers. Thanks, for nothing Prime Furnishings."
