"Staff very helpful. Plenty sofas to choose from"
"Very helpful and friendly staff. A pleasure to visit the showroom."
"We were asked to leave because there are other people wants to come in. It was a rather unpleasant experience shopping in the store. We walk in planning to buy a sofa, but completely put off by their service. House of Fraser is a better place to shop, or go online."
"Great service you can park outside just off Argyll street but a little hidden corner. Huge selection of tasty seateries"
"I came into this branch to by a sofa bed and was dealt with by one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in a shop. I Don’t know if I was wearing the wrong clothes or hand the wrong accent but the young guy that works in there was unbelievably rude to me. I asked for an L shaped sofa bed and he was flagergasted as this wasn’t something people normally asked for apparently. Every time I asked about designs or fabrics it was met with a huff and frustrated look on his face. I decided I didnt want a sofa from there enough to be treated that way so promptly went to John Lewis in the city Center just and spent over £2000. I had a friend with me who was equally shocked by his attitude. I suggest you tell this young guy who works in this store this isn’t his home it’s a shop. He don’t get to decided who he serves just because it’s in the west end. Drop the attitude. I won’t be back. Ever."
