"Friendly helpful staff. More than willing to assist in sorting prescriptions issues out.However I need to point out the organisation of prescriptions awaiting collection needs an overhaul. Too many times the staff are searching here, there and everywhere for my prescription(s). A few times I have had to tell them on collection that items are missing. Another search ensues before the items are located. I know they are limited by space but I do think a review of prescription storage, awaiting collection, is long overdue."

"Having rang round lots of Pharmacies in the south side of Edinburgh, and also tried Peebles...Dears Pharmacy Oxgangs was the only one who I managed to get in for a flu jab with. Really nice rapport from the staff, and useful to have parking nearby. Grateful for the service."
"Avoid for travel vaccination advice. Was told I need a Hepatitis A vaccination despite having 4 vaccinations in the past 9 years (last one in 2017 and was told then I'm covered for 25 years). Went to my GP to recieve it on the NHS and was told I don't need it. Waste of time, they just want your money. Staff also lack very basic customer service skills and make you feel unwelcome."
"Would just like to say how prompt and great the service was at the Oxgangs Pharmacy. The pharmacist was so helpful and friendly when my wife and I had to get Rabies and Typhoid vaccinations for our recent Safari. First class service and would happily recommend anyone there in future."
