"One of the best place for trainer lovers as one can get a wide variety of options to choose. There are many brands available with JD Sports like Nike, Adidas, Puma, New balance, converse brands. Also, the best part I liked about JD sports is about the (only at JD collection) they are shoes which are exclusively available only at JD Sports store. One of the best store with a wide variety of trainers to choose for different age groups."
"Bad customer service at the till. Very good customer service when trying on the size. At the till the cashiers constantly laughing and being ironic towards us, because we told them that we wanted the shoe in a certain EU size and didn’t know the UK size. The card declined and the 2 girls looked at each other and laughed. Like seriously if that is your customer service good for you. You should be ashamed. Respect the fact that you were wrong at least apologise for not finding the shoes in the first place. Should respect their customers and do their job right not being ironic from the beginning."
"i have never left a negative review about a shopping experience but i feel so angry and frustrated about my experience whilst shopping here i have to voice it. 1) During a peak shopping time the staff had metal racking all over the central area as you enter the store and there was no effort made to block off the isle for shopper safety. 2) i was stood waiting for 10mins whislt a member of staff couldn't find keys for changing rooms and then when trying on clothes i hung my own coat on coat hook and a screw that was sticking out of the coat hook ripped my coat! The final thing was what has caused me to leave this review and was the most significant, so whilst waiting to pay for my goods there was a que of 8+ customers and 1 person on the till doing multiple online refund for a customer whilst at least 3other members of staff were just standing around chatting behind counter I politely asked if anyone could jump on another till to speed things up and was met with rudeness and shouting completely disrespectful and unnecessary. eventually she did get on the till but i felt awkward and embarrassed and when i asked to speak to a manager she made the process even more uncomfortable by drawing lots of attention to the matter and storming off to find a manager even though i requested for her not to do so. eventually a manager came and explained there was only 2 trained till staff available in the whole store on a busy friday in cabot circus shopping center although she did apologize i felt it didn't make up for the experience. i regularly shop at jd in avonmeads, cribbs causeway and many other locations and have never had an experience like this before. that store however seriously lowered my expectations of the company."
"JD Sports, no matter where it is, will always have a place in my heart. I always come to shop here everytime I'm in Bristol, looking either for some fresh, new clothes or some new trainers. They are always willing to help if you look like you are confused, so never be afraid to ask as the staff are incredible in here. Bit unfair to have a Foot Asylum right next to it as it creates a kind of competitiveness as they are both very well known shops for new clothes and stuff from the biggest brands like Nike and Adidas."
"Great sports shop and staff seem friendly. Nothing out of the ordinary for this brand but no complaints either."
