Reviews of Motherwell Concert Hall
"Only about 60 parking spaces at the venue. The bar was upstairs, just over £10 for 2 drinks. Venue itself was pretty good. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Well done to the staff"
"Seen a few bands in both halls, both are good for gigs. The staff have always been helpful. I bought my ticket at the door for AC/DC UK, the girl behind the desk had not been given a float. If you are buying tickets on the night, take the correct money just incase."
"Pantomime was fantastic! Really great show, loved by kids and big kids alike. Easy access to parking. Reasonably priced snacks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Provided blow up booster seats for my two kids so they had a better view of the performance! Have recommended this year's panto to friends and family. Looking forward to next year's!"
"I went to see the HODC production of 9 to 5, which I found to be excellent and on a par with a professional company. Apart from that, I found the theatre to be a good size and to have extremely good visibility, acoustics, and facilities. The bar is small but quite well stocked and sufficient for the size of the theatre, although my wife did remark that it was very busy at the interval."
"I'd never been here before and wasn't sure where to get parked etc. Plenty of space at the venue with on street parking available nearby of the car park is full. The venue itself is decent enough, it looks like quite an old building but it is accessible for all. We went to see Dave Gorman, and it was an enjoyable night. The seats in the hall are not permanent and are standard council hall fayre. Not the most comfortable, but good enough for the type of show. I think the intermission was essential as sitting for two hours straight would not have been nice. There is a bar and a break out area, the bar prices were what I would call standard for the event. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for another event."
