"I have only given one star so that l could leave a review. The items in the store appear to be of a good quality...its such a shame that it is let down badly by the poor attitude of the owner and the staff.l found them the same as other reviews, abrupt , rude disrespectful. They assumed that l couldn't afford their products. I have never been treated like this in any store ever. They shouldn't be in business. I have noticed they only reply to positive feedback which they are probably posting themselves..Your money is better spent in ZUCCI'S where you will get brilliant customer service..The staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful."

"Similar experience to the rest of the negative reviews - if the younger assistant talks to you prepare to come away feeling annoyed and uncomfortable. Choice of suits was good but this particular staff member was extremely rude to my fiance. He continuously called him clumsy and said he hoped we only came to the shop once because it was 'painful to watch' my fiance try on suits. The constant swearing, lack of respect and rude attitude made us feel pretty uncomfortable. This was our first time looking for suits for our wedding and it kind of ruined the experience for us. We will be going elsewhere unfortunately."

"Date of visit - Sunday 04.09.2022. Looking at the window display, I was quite impressed with the items that I saw and went into the shop because the quality of goods on display looked good and there were items that I liked and needed. Entering this shop turned out to be a very big mistake! There were a number items which I could have purchased, but I rapidly lost interest and decided to leave the shop after the response I received from the assistant. I couldn't call him a salesman as he made absolutely no effort to be polite or to sell me anything. I asked of him only one question and received a very curt reply, inferring that he was not interested in my enquiry, followed by a tutt from him, at which point, he then turned away from me and showed no interest whatsoever in my enquiry, never spoke again and carried on messing about behind the counter. He was extremely rude and impolite and had he worked for me, would have been dismissed on the spot, as he is doing nothing useful for this business. At this point my wife and I left, both agreeing that whether or not we liked items of interest, we wouldn't buy anything on that visit and vowed we would never return again. I can only think that his disgusting attitude was possibly due him judging me because of my Northern accent (even though I was born in Kent) and also that he maybe wrongly considered that I couldn't afford his goods. HOW WRONG HE WAS !!!!!! Every item that I was wearing that day, was more expensive than anything I saw in this shop. He had no right to judge me or speak to me the way he did. So dear owner of Gabucci Menswear - if you want to survive in business you need to act now, as customer service as bad as his will not help you during these difficult trading times. At least one earlier reviewer agrees with me that you need to train your staff to be courteous, professional and polite and always remember: "BUSINESS IS ONLY PLACED WHERE IT IS APPRECIATED". There are plenty more shops which sell high quality goods and appreciate the customers who visit them. If however, the owner of this business was the person that I spoke to, I suggest you find some good manners and also consider finding an alternative occupation. I regret that there is not a rating lower than one star as I consider this staff member earned your business a zero or lower."
