OSKA Bath

"What an amazing experience shopping at Osaka, Bath. I visited on Friday 23/09/22 and was helped by the two lovely ladies working that day, nothing was too much trouble and both were ever so helpful without being pushy in any sense. Ultimately the jacket I wanted wasn’t available in my size so it was ordered most helpfully from the Ludlow store and posted direct to my home, I could not fault the service, thanks ever so much for all the help offered."

"We live in Yorkshire but visit Bath several times a year. I stumbled across this shop initially and had a very warm welcome. I'd never bought any Oska or Ischiko before, but found lots of beautiful pieces in very flattering styles. The fabrics feel very good next to your skin and the colour palettes work well together. They wash well too, and don't lose colour or shape. I have a few pairs of the linen balloon pants and would not be without them in summer. Very flattering, cool and easy to accessorise. Every visit I come out with a few more pieces. These are well made, timeless pieces you can dress up or down and feel confident in. The staff in Oska Bath are knowledgeable, helpful and recommend things that they feel will suit you, things you wouldn't have selected yourself, yet look fabulous when you try on! Holly is a great assest to Oska, she always makes me feel special when I visit & even remembers the colours I prefer. Once I left my glasses in the changing room & was stressing. I needn't have, Holly had kept them safe for me. All in all, my favourite shop & my favourite saleswoman!"

"I was struggling to order a particular dress I wanted for an imminent holiday and following raising a query online I was contacted by Nelle from the Bath store. I can honestly say she could not have been more helpful or pleasant and went to endless trouble on my behalf, eventually ordering the dress for me herself and ensuring it was delivered the next day - PERFECT service. An absolute breath of fresh air in a world where the majority of companies cannot be bothered to talk to their customers at all. I live a long way from Bath but will make a point of visiting in the coming months."
