This agency is unique for me in that it really cares about the comfort and wellbeing of the people who occupy the building. They respond to the usual needs a tenant may have when renting, replacing and updating safety checks without hesitation. "Bad experience being a tenant with Glenham. - First day of move in, I found the property unclean. Full of dust and greasy. Also, the electricity safety has not been checked. Not proactive as I needed to inform what happened and followed up for issues several time. - During the rent, responsive when there were repair and maintenance problems. -During the move out process, poor document checking process by the agent. They charged me the invoice for something that was not my responsibility. I had to ask them a few times to provide the evidence. Every time they came back witht the new value. I have lost my trust in them and I will not use the service with Glenham again. Painful."
