I dont usually complain as i work in a customer based job and realise that some days are challenging.Generally staff are pleasant but my last visit was a horrible experience!! When I got to the check out the person called Gill was too busy talking to serve me and eventually when she did she was very abrupt and rude. "You definitely need more checkouts open. Very fiddly and time consuming trying to take hangers out of clothes while scanning, and I had two weak rubbish paper bags break with clothes falling out. The self service actually takes longer here than being served by a fast human being. Will buy on Amazon in the future."
