"Have not been here for years, but surprisingly good clothes for men's, though selection is small. Unfortunately the S size is often out of stock so end up buying online. If anyone from the store reads this, please stock more size S."

"Visited Matalan Filton last weekend. When I arrived at the counter with my purchases, I found 2 members of staff having private conversation. Though I was the only customer at the time, I was told to use self service. Unfortunately I had to call staff member back twice. As firstly my barcode wasn't accepted then as I tried to leave the alarms were triggered, so had to ask to have security tags removed. I understand at busy times the self services are practical. But as the staff had time it would have been much quicker and less stressful to have been served by a staff member."
