"Since this store changed ownership and staff it's much much better. Staff are lovely and friendly, and prices are a lot better too."
"This is my "local" Hermes parcel shop, it is a considerable distance from my house , to say the staff are rude is an understatement. 3 times i have been in and 3 different staff all with an attitude problem regarding the parcels which they clearly hate processing. Today , she clicked it and shouted "name" not responding to the tone she shouted it at me again , i responded and she wrote on something handed it to me and walked away. A total disgrace does not even come close. The last time was better , the parcel would not scan so conversation went like this " Can you not type in the number , i said ?" "I'm no daeing that" was the reply. Great English along with the rudeness. "Why?" i asked, She replied because if i type it in the courier needs to type it in , too much hassle and thrust my parcel back at me and refused point blank to deal. Took it to another store scanned fine and off it went. I contacted H&M about this Parcel Shop and they said they had numerous complaints from members of the public. It needs sorted , disgusting way to behave!"
"Staff friendly and very helpful"
