"Used the food hall and the currency exchange. Exchange was really easy with good rates and a very pleasant young woman serving. Food hall was quite good, black cherries were tasteless and the young guy on the trolley duties dishing out sarcastic comments."

The food hall is great with lots of good quality food! Cost is slightly pricier but you do get good quality! The store is also very accessible with wide aisles etc. Well done!"

"No disabled seating, had to clear our own table before sitting, cakes served on cheap paper plates, no saucers and no teaspoons for tea. Gone downhill"

"The cafe - Completely Disappointing!! 1. Waited 20 minutes to be served …people around me also complaining! 2. No decaffeinated coffee , that’s at least a month they haven’t had any ! 3. No jam on display beside the scones, had to ask at the till and the girl serving had to go and get some .. 4. Napkin holder was empty .. M&S this is poor show , you don’t just need to have more staff on but you need the cafe to be supervised… Hamilton store cafe was run very professionally , it was an enjoyable experience.. this cafe is not coming close .."
