"After phone call today about my delivery, I was very upset at the way the manager spoke to me. Possible fault on both sides as to why my order was not delivered but tone and attitude on call was a disgrace. Hope he treats other customers better but I will not be using iceland again"

"I was in easterhouse store today ,there was nearly a argument over till queue position we were in the middle isle then somone cam up from the right side and skipped the queue . Apparently this store u have to line up at the right isle but there is no sign saying this . The customer behind me wasn’t happy and this nearly cause a big argument . If this gats to management pls can they let customers know we’re to line up . When I asked the staff member at the till they just said all customers know that u line up at this said , but what about non regulars that are not used to the shop. Management should put a sign up"

"The store itself is well maintained and kept nice and tidy. Little cramped though, compared to the other Iceland stores. Over all nice environment and they have some high quality products to buy. However, I would personally recommend avoiding ordering food online from this store because the picking standards are poor. If you're going to pick the items for customers, ensure they are of high quality and not out of date. It's like the pickers don't care about the quality of items for their customers at all. Not to mention, the delivery I received had defrosted items as well. I strongly urge you to just drive to this store and get it all by yourself."
