"Great family pool, loads to do. Some days the water can feel a little cool but not too bad."
"Best water park based pool we've seen so far at the Havens. Lots of lockers and changing rooms. Slides, splash zones were all good fun. Only down side was the wave machine only came on once every half an hour and lasted 5mins. Jacuzzi area bubbles weren't ever on."
"Here in October before half term, all slides weren't in use, communal showers really need some maintenance as the was quite a lot of black mold in the joints. Overall we had a very enjoyable weekend."
"The pool is really good, however, it is advertised as being a place you can visit. This is not correct, you have to be staying on the site to access the pool, you cannot pay to go in, only people with play passes are allowed in, if you don't book passes before you arrive (as part of your holiday) you cannot purchase on site. Fo not believe the sites that say you can buy passes when you arrive. You definitely cannot."
