"What a cracking hidden gem. Tucked away in a sleepy hollow a short walk to the Shrewsbury Arms WiFi a bit iffy but it takes nothing away from this lovely site. Will definitely be going back"

"This site is in a beautiful setting, fabulous toilet block, spotlessly clean, lots of space. dog walking field a big bonus. Personally though cannot thank Lisa who is so welcoming and friendly and went over and above to ask other campers if they had an air pump I could use and a massive thank you to the kind man who pumped up my tent. First time as a lone camper but felt safe at Shay's... This is definitely 5 ⭐.... Thanks Sara.."
