"Earlier today my 2yr old son had a very bad experience with the lady in the barbers. She was extremely rough with him to the point that he was crying and spoke to him throughout in an unpleasant manner. He normally attends VIP cuts at the Avenue who are great and he has no problem at all but the lady's attitude and roughness were quite alarming. My wife had to abandon the hair cut and leave and again the lady was very rude. I'm really disappointed the way my son was treated."

"Got my hair cut but a lady here recently, very poor cut. Sideburns were almost completely shaved off, hair left un cut above my ear, after pointing it out once already, hair uneven and some uncut on fringe. Didn't get a hello when I came in either, a guy just pointed me over to a chair. Won't be going back."
