"My sister and I bought our mum a £150 gift card at this place with very good opinions. My mum lives very far from this beautician so it was a big treat. The woman sent her away with nothing. She booked my mum and other women at the same time and after my mum told her that she won’t be coming every two weeks and it’s a one time treat she sent her away with nothing. This is very unprofessional booking two people at once and making someone come all this way for nothing. She should have offered a one time treatment in place of what my mum wanted or should have warned gift card buyers that she does not perform one time treatments. Very unhappy with the service and treatment my mum got and would not recommend this to anyone. Especially if you live far- she’s not worth it."
