I loved my bouncy blow dry which looked gorgeous, makeup by Alex was fabulous and they even treated us to drinks and snacks. The place is lovely and right by George Square, excellent location. "Need to learn a thing or two about customer service and update current policy. Shambles of a salon. Booked in for a colour which I was really excited for, only to be told I would need another patch test - even though i had received a patch test within the last 6 months! I am a regular client and felt extremely disappointed. The reason I was given is that because I went to another salon within the 6 months and dyed my hair, I would need another one. This was not made clear booking online - their booking system only said as long as you had a patch test within 6 months. Absolute disgrace and complete waste of my time and money getting into town. Has cemented my decision that RR no longer aligns with my values. You charge a fortune. I'm sorry, we can't afford to get a colour there every 2 months. If I had been offered a percentage discount on my colour, they would have redeemed themselves and i would have happily booked in another appt. But I was left to feel frustrated and unhappy. What a way to go for pushing regular customers to find somewhere else. Thanks for the fantastic experience!"

"Washers and Hair dryers were lovely. I asked for an Asymetric Bob. Had to point out the sides weren't the same. The Stylist corrected but now looks more like a Bowel Cut, confident shot to ribbons. Will now need to wait for my Hair to grow before I can gat the Style to be corrected somewhere else. You would think for the Price they charge there would be no problems."
