"I would never come back to this salon. Absolutely the worst gel nails experience I had. I want to start off with the basic hygiene levels, or more like the lack of any hygiene.The lady was not wearing any gloves when doing my nails, the table was not wiped before I sat, nor after I left. No cloth on the table when removing the existing gel polish I had. The brush used to dust off my nails was then used on the dirty table, and then again on my hands. When cutting the cuticles she actually made a cut which resulted in bleeding. Nothing was done to disinfect the skin (I can only hope the nipper was clean but it probably wasn't). Then, nail polish was applied whilst the finger was still bleeding. I now have a mix between dry blood with some nail polish on it. The actual polish was applied poorly, she was constantly going out of the nail area and had polish all around the nails, which she tried to "remove" with her hand (no cotton buds, or anything, just wiping with her hands for some reason). I asked why would I put my nails under the lamp when I see polish leaking outside of the nail and she said she would " take care of it when it's done". Little did I know she would go with a hard file on the skin trying to clean off the excess polish. Wiping it properly prior to the UV lamp would have made more sense and definitely wouldn't have hurt so much. Needless to say she went over with the hard file where the bleeding was too. I then had to find a way to quickly disinfect because all of her dirty tools went over the cut. Would never ever go back there and no one should."

Sarha is great but Jazz is who I've always stuck with as she goes about & beyond. This woman knows her stuff & is so professional & outstanding in her work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
