"Normally I would really enjoy my nice relaxing time getting my hair cut however my experience today was not so Donna does a fantastic job with my hair we have a lovely chat and I’m always pleased with the result Today I felt as though Donna was being rushed by another member of staff she was advised that her next appointment had arrived early 5 minutes or so later she was advised again the her next appointment was waiting Before my hair had even finished being cut the lady that had arrived early was sitting in the chair next to me with wet hair that had obviously been washed and I felt so uncomfortable as if my time in the salon should come to an end because someone arrived early I’m not normally a complainer but today I felt that Donna was being rushed by another member of staff thankfully Donna is a professional and my hair turned out brill such a pity that I felt unimportant"

"3rd time at this salon today. I was initially looking for a balayage and was booked in with Donna. She asked about my hair history and was totally honest, she set my expectations as I had so much colour build up from box dyes and old crazy colour experiments. She told me it would take 2 or more appointments to get my hair the way I wanted and was honest about the price. After the first appointment I was really happy with the result, and could absolutely have kept my hair that way. My second appointment was just ghd curls, which looked fab. Today I had my balayage again and it's gorgeous, just what I wanted! All the stylists make you feel so welcome and it's amazing to see the development of their juniors, who they obviously devote their time to."
