I then phoned them on the same day and I had no answer so I left a message, explaining my situation. Now, a whole week later I have not heard back from them. "French manicure with gel polish. I didn't get my old polish removed it was filed off. Gloopy gel loaded onto my nails. Queried this as I usually get a gel polish. Told this is a gel polish. Nails are lumpy thick with gel and 4 days later look like they need redone. Definitely wouldn't recommend"
