"Omg,glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews,it was absolutely amazing. Best chips I've had in my life,I wish we had a shop like this at home. Sadly,only visiting. The burger was also amazing. Warning though,when you order a large bag and expect a large,double your expectations,the portion is huge! Was stuffed halfway through but literally couldn't stop eating them. "A bit of a wait but really worth it. Beautiful fish. White and grease free. Chip we're moreish. I had a pineapple fritter which I didn't see on the board and well worth advertising if you ask me. Pea fritter was the only thing that could be improved if I'm being picky. If you are in monmouth well worth a visit. Bonus it's open on a Sunday evening"
