"Great dance show!! Helpful staff and good atmosphere. However, after a very disappointing incident regarding a seat I feel It would be helpful if seats were allocated with tickets. My daughter was performing in the first half of the dance show. I purchased a ticket for her to watch the second half. The row I was sitting in was full however, there was a seat directly in front of me that had been empty for the whole first half of the show and during the interval. During the interval, my daughter sat in the empty seat. A very entitled lady then walked over and said “that’s my daughters seat”, I reminded her that tickets don’t come with an allocated seat and since the seat was empty, my daughter was well within her rights to sit in it. She said “yes but my jacket was on it, it’s my seat, I’ve paid for my daughter to have that seat” I had also paid for my seats and admittedly, her jacket was on the seat during the first half of the show (I thought she was just storing her jacket there but apparently she was saving it for her child.) She left the auditorium during the interval and took the jacket with her, leaving the seat completely empty, she had no right to ask my child to move but I realised that there was absolutely no reasoning with her, she obviously felt entitled to the seat so I had to ask my child to sit on a family members knee for the duration of the show. We were all very cramped and uncomfortable, the incident put a dampener on the whole evening. Seat allocation could avoid similar situations from occurring in the future."

"Amazing Staff Soo Helpful Aswell I Was There With My Neice n My 10 Year Old Great Nephew My 2 Year Old Great Neice and My 4 n Half Months Old Great Nephew Aswell, Will Defo Be Visiting This Theatre Again For Sure They Where So Welcoming And Helpped With Where We Had To Leave The Pram and Buggy"
