"Customer service is awful, screen advised to go to the tills because there was a part of item ordering not in stock. Waited for a while at the till for a women named Tracey who came over in abrupt manner questioning what I wanted. I mentioned the tablets had said go to the till to discuss the options as one product in the order wasn’t in stock. She told me the tablets tell you everything, after debating with a brick wall.. ended up walking out as clearly she wasn’t aware that her job as a customer service advisor is to help customers and not to clean windows."

"Before buying from here ensure you have bought exactly what you wanted, as I was prevented from returning an item due to having plugged it and not saving the cable ties to tie the cords back up with. Extremely unhelpful and unreasonable. I was rudely told I should have done my research. They state no hassle returns policy... its anything but."

"Absolutely shocking place. Bought a monitor which when I unpacked it I realised it was too large. Arrived at the store and was ignored for five minutes before one lady called me over. I explained what had happened, and then the manager popped over and told me I was lying and I had used the screen. She then unpacked the whole thing in front of me, looking at it in minute detail to 'prove' I was lying and I'd used it. Unbelievable. Ended up with a refund but my goodness in this day and age you'd think they would be more caring to their customers. Reminds me why I shouldn't bother going to Argos and will shop online elsewhere. Avoid."
