"Owner presumably refused to take a UPS drop off due to firstly it would block his stock. Then he said the machine physically wouldn't accept the parcel. 10 minutes later at another UPS service point the parcel had been accepted and the machine worked."

"During the current lockdown I have been buying Havana cigars from this shop. I normally spend around £100. I recently purchased a supply which included a Romeo &Juliet cigar. On cutting and preparing this it turned out to be so tightly packed it was unsmokeable. I returned it to the shop and suggested they replace it and return the cigar to the sales representative so he could investigate. After some phone calls were made to the owner they reluctantly agreed to do this. I bought my usual supply yesterday and discovered that the cigar I had returned had been sold to me again!! This is not good enough. I will not be buying any more goods from this shop."
