"First time visiting and won't be back, prices are higher that other eateries in the area and there is no justification for this as the service was slow (staff stood chatting whilst I waited to be served, must have been something interesting as it was a long conversation), upon the foods arrival it was not well cooked (I'm no chef and can rustle up better than this) and I ended up leaving most of it as by that time I'd been there over 40 minutes and a "quick bite" this was not, and I was in a hurry to go. Not the cleanest of places either, cutlery was dirty and I had to ask for a clean fork. There are so many places locally that for this price you could get much better. Having read other reviews I can see I am not alone in this opinion."

"My favourite place for coffee /food & most of all the warm welcome & chat. Dog friendly with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Good choice of food and cakes, great coffee!!! Goats cheese salad is one of my favourites but anything I’ve tried is great."
