"Staff are not friendly at all - they serve you coffee like they are making a favour to you! Sad face, lack of hospitality manners, when you go to sit upstairs, the tables are full of empty mugs...no one comes to clean or collect them - the customer needs to do this job themselves if they want to sit on a clean table - happen to me many times here - I only come here for the upstairs view as I find it relaxing..... advise: change your attitude to better and you will be praised for it!"

"The dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Tables and tables covered in half empty cups. Visible time stamps on them from hours ago. Many areas visibly not been properly cleaned in ages (e.g. floors and stairwells). Well below the standard I would expect"

"Tables are never ever cleaned at this place. I've not been to this particular Starbucks in a long time and nothing has changed. As they say " some things never change". Furthermore, I had to wait approximately 12 minutes for a cup of latte when there wasn't even a proper queue. I wouldn't recommend this place for a coffee"

"More of a take out than sit in perhaps, but all the usual features and the same great drinks. Plenary of space for a wheelchair, but today I managed with my sticks and the seating is either very low or perch on a bar stool. Staff seemed helpful and polite and makes it good place to sit and stare out at the busy world."
