"Dont go near this dentist, a consultant asked for my dentist to make an appliance for my mouth and she stated the nhs dont do this, my mouth is ruined because of her and I attempted suicide a few times because of the distress this dentist put me through and she said I was rude to her staff, which is lies to cover the neglect and nothing was done about it, I felt I was bullied by this dentist"
