"Like many, I despise the dentist, but Dr Jeffrey put me at ease. He was incredibly gentle. I can handle a bit of roughhousing but I’ve been to dentists that accidentally drilled into my tongue and injected me with anthestetic in the wrong place so it was so nice to have such a genuine dentist. His demeanor is friendly and approachable. Believe it or not I actually enjoyed my visit with him and he made me keen to cut out sugar and care for my teeth. He said where I was doing well and where I was letting myself down instead of just negatively judging me and making me feel really terrible about my oral hygiene."
