"After getting an appointment through I phoned and found out it was an error with there computer, as you can see today's date is 05/07 2022 because I missed a appointment in March 2021 according to this special computer I missed an appointment when the whole of us were in lockdown and dentist couldn't give anyone treatment. But no this was an sedation appointment when they can't do that because of lock downs. I paid in advance for treatment here and have now been referred back to my normal dentist so they are due me money. The receptionist lee/leigh complete waste of time and doesn't know what they are talking about she was left baffled for words to the reply "please don't speak to me like that" like what im been cool and calm. Also physically lie and say a dentist will call you back100% honestly this place is shameless and really unprofessional I will be making a full formal complaint about this. I've attached a photo of my appointment dated Tuesday 19th of july 2022 and today's date is Tuesday the 5th of July 2022 so I got my appointment and it's 2 weeks away."

"I had a wisdom tooth removed on Wednesday, the dentist Victoria was wonderful She explained the procedure and went through all things that could happen. I really felt no pain on extraction, my tooth kept cracking but she persevered saved me going for oral surgery. I am more than grateful for the service I received and just want to give a heart felt thank you, I had been shielded for nine months but was put at ease by the team who came to my dental surgery I am back shielding and I felt safe with all the help I was given. So thank you sincerely Sharon Sutherland"

"I visited this morning for an emergency appointment during these covid times as my dental surgery wasn't open. I can honestly say this was bar far the best dental experience I have ever had! And I'm 37years old!!! All the staff were amazing, the safety protocols in place were 2nd to none! And I was in and out in no time. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you so much for putting this lil pregnant nervous wreck at such ease. Stay safe and stay well to all.x"
