"Basically want to prevent others wasting their time and money. They are rude especially a lady on the reception once you swallow that pill the workmanship is deceptive. Charged us £800 for a replacement of a EGFR valve and just today found out it was second hand, not attached correctly and now need to pay £500 for a new one. Not only were we overcharged they used an old one without us knowing. I think this is so deceptive when you trust a company with your car. We didn’t want any favours just was looking for decent honest service. Would never go back- would rather walk everywhere. Would never recommend- dishonest and would never lower my standards to be address us like they did."
