I'm not sure if he's pulling the wool over his bosses eyes, but this individual has been providing shocking customer service for years and left a bad taste in so many peoples mouths when looking to buy a vw van. As there are limited options for buying vw commercial, some will see past and buy anyway as they have no choice. But rest assured this rude arrogant narcistic individual has cost vw 1000s of sales over the years."
