"Nothing against staff. They've all been great so far. I recently bought a PS5 controller and at the time, following staff advice, I did an extended warranty. The controller got damaged and now I can't exchange it because there is no stock anywhere and Argos do not do interstores exchanges! So they are not offering any options and meanwhile I am out of controller for nearly a month and with no perspective in sight of having one soon. This almost looks like Argos tricked me there with the extended warranty. My advice based on my experience is, don't buy at Argos and most of all do not do their extended warranty. Thanks for the staff for having the patience do deal with me. Last thing I want to do and coming from someone that worked in retail, is ruin your day."

"Shocking customer service. The manager Karen is aggressive. Someone from upper management needs to look into this store and find out what's happening. If you return anything then you will experience what I've experienced. Sainsbury need to look into this further. I will never shop at Argos ever again!"

"I find the staff very helpful. They don't rush you and do their job well. I use this outlet frequently and have always been very happy with the outcome. I have also heard the staff having to deal with extremely aggressive people whichthey certainly do not get paid enough for. Remember it's not the staff's fault that some items are not in the shop. Civility costs nothing. Treat people the way you would like to be treated."
