"I was very disappointed in the service at the accord. They told me they were going to put aside an item for me for a few hours as I could not pick it up right away but when I came back for it they had sold it to someone else."

"Maybe I was just unlucky, but I haven't had a good experience with this place. Bought a washing machine that we were told has been tested. But it turned out to have a leakage. Although I got a full refund for the machine, I ended up losing 20 pounds that I had paid for the delivery of the machine to my house just a mile away. Lesson learned."

"You can pick up a great bargain and help out a charity at same time. 2nd life or upcycle better than landfill. Old furniture quality is streeylrs ahead of modern rubbish. Staff are brilliant too."
