"I have been an account holder with Wigmore for years now and I have to leave this review following my dealings with them. I placed an order for products online and then after a few days of waiting for delivery I phoned them to be told that some of my products are not in stock. I asked when will they get the items in stock to be told they have no idea, it could be weeks or months!!!! The lady I spoke to said she/they had no idea when they may get the stock. What kind of customer service is this? How can they expect customers to wait indefinitely ? Given this service I have been forced to cancel my order and look elsewhere. Disgusting customer service. If I could give less than one star I would."
