"Booked a PCR test for 79 pounds. When booking, I indicated that I need a paper original of the test certificate. They promised me to hand him over. When I came to receive it, I was told that I had to pay another 5 pounds for the paper certificate. Also, I have not received any receipts for their services. For their services, they did not allow me to pay by card and told me to transfer money directly to their account. Avoid them!"
