Reviews of Bell Medipharmacy
"Ihsan -the new pharmacist who is on probation, may I suggest duty of candour training; from my observation this was required but lacking today. NHS, GPhC websites are a good source for these CPD reading. May I also suggest CAMHS articles for further reading, if you are to provide service to NHS patients. NHS doctors and CAMHS psychiatrists have done their assessments and reviews, and prescribed medication to prevent life threatening episodes from reoccurring to the patient and the mother you hurled abuse at today. You as a pharmacist cannot overrule their judgement. When an episode happens and negligence on your part puts a patients life at risk, sorry is not enough. When I requested you to apologise to me for your behaviour, when you made the yap yap gesture with your hands and rolled your eyes at me, I, as part of my duty of care wanted to explain to you what your behaviour was causing us in addition to the lack of medication. In Manor Park, you are in charge of a lot of our service users, our service users need dispensing chemists to be sympathetic to their medical needs, be it physical or mental health well-being. I'm sure you are not used to being challenged for your discriminatory behaviour hence you felt that confident to carry on with your unprofessional behaviour. I am stepping up here, because it is my duty of care. I will wait for your superintendents email/update to discuss further. Kind regards."
"They leave patients without medication. They say prescription will be ready to collect after 3 days. 3 days later when I go to collect they say they don't know about the prescription. They did this 6 times. Now I changed my pharmacy."
"Onyeka provided me with excellent customer services, she was polite, courteous and help rectify my prescription error made by my GP which could have left me without any medication for 4 days! Definitely an A* friendly service from the team in on the weekend. Thank you."
"The staff at this Pharmacy were very nice and friendly. Especially Jay, he took the time to look at blisters on my feet and recommended the perfect ointment. Its because of Jay I'm able to walk properly again."
"The management of this pharmacy are very rude incompetent have no idea of customer service. If a problem occurs they do not take responsibility and onus of problem and try to resolves It in amicably way instead the blame is put in the patient and the patient is made to feel incompetent and left with no medications which the management don’t care about. There is no compassionate or care from the management team at all. The assistant are welcoming and sympathetic and try to help as much as they can. A change of management is needed in this pharmacy!"
