"Why does it take so long to prepare a prescription that is just a standard box of medication when you've had the prescription for over a week? "10 minutes", for what? It should have already been prepared and ready for collection. Painfully inefficient service."
"I'm quite immobile at the moment otherwise I would have gone in. I tried calling them to order a repeat prescription this morning. The phone just rang and rang. I tried several times with same result. I called back 5 minutes later and it was engaged. After 20 minutes of this I just felt like smashing something up! They're really pleasant and helpful if you go in person, but Christ! What's wrong with their phone system?"
"So lovely- Always seem to be friendly. Let them know your pescription do your shop then collect it at the end. I moved over from the boots because they were really slow."
"An utter catastrophe. An insult to other pharmacies. Please AVOID! They refuse to answer their phones and have caused patients with sick children to come in from as far as Essex to hope they can collect antibiotics for their children. Today, there were at least 4 staff on ground and they insisted they were too busy to answer calls. When I got there, they were all in casual conversation and laughing; busy? They saw the look of horror on my face when they claimed they were too busy and one staff member quickly said “it doesn’t look like it, but we are very busy”. They’re so incompetent, they do not realise that this does not speak well of them. 4 staff and not ONE could answer the phone. They were not wise enough to work on a rota on answering the calls DESPITE knowing that parents were worried about the uptick in scarlet fever in children. What an absolute shambles! Now I have to find another place where I can get the rest of my daughter’s antibiotics as they were not professional enough to communicate this with me. I shall NEVER be coming to this pharmacy again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - RUN!"
"Booked an appointment two weeks out at a time that was listed as available online. Turn up to my appointment to be told that the pharmacist giving vaccinations has gone home."
